A collection gives the buyer a focused selection of properties to consider. REX-OPS connects selections with inventory so the agent can work from the unit records instead of assembling each proposal from disconnected screenshots and files.

Begin with the buyer's requirements

Confirm the brief before selecting units. Capture location, budget, property type, timing and any constraints that materially affect the choice. Distinguish essential requirements from preferences so the reason for each recommendation is clear.

Check current availability and commercial details for every candidate. If the collection includes different types of inventory, such as primary and resale properties, make the differences understandable to the recipient.

Build a focused selection

Choose a manageable set of relevant properties and review their underlying data. A large collection is not automatically a better recommendation. The recipient should be able to understand the options and decide what to discuss next.

  • Check unit references, areas, media and prices.
  • Remove draft, unavailable or unsuitable records from the selection.
  • Review the contact details shown to the buyer.
  • Confirm the branding and sharing configuration enabled for your workspace.

Review before sharing

Open the collection as the intended recipient would see it. Check readability on mobile, the order of properties and the next contact action. Review any expiry or access setting available in your configuration rather than assuming the link should remain available indefinitely.

Connect the response to the opportunity

Record which properties interest the buyer and the next action, such as clarifying terms or arranging a viewing. Where view activity is available, use it as context for a conversation rather than proof of buying intent.

Keep the customer record and owner clear. If another colleague continues the conversation, they should understand what was shared and why those properties were selected.

Keep shared material current

Review active collections when availability, prices or the buyer's requirements change. Check the actual shared view after updating a selection. If a link is no longer appropriate, use the sharing controls available in your workspace and explain the change to the recipient where needed.
