Website information
Privacy notice
This notice describes the information handled through the REX-OPS marketing website. Customer workspaces and platform services have their own agreed data-processing arrangements.

Who to contact
The company identified with this website is POLISHCHUK & SONS LTD, Cyprus. For questions about personal information or this website, contact [email protected].
Information in a demo request
The enquiry form asks for your name, company and phone number, and whether that number is available on WhatsApp. You can also provide an email address and information about your role, portfolio size and market.
The request includes the page from which it was made and campaign information present in the link, such as a campaign source or name. Please use the form for business contact details and a description of your organization; it is not intended for customer records, identity documents or confidential transaction files.
How an enquiry is used
The information is used to receive your request, contact you and prepare a relevant product discussion. Role, portfolio size, market and contact-channel information can be used to assign a sales follow-up priority. That priority helps organize the enquiry queue.
Sending a demo request does not subscribe you to a newsletter through this website.
Where an enquiry is sent
The website sends requests to the configured REX-OPS CRM. If delivery to the CRM cannot be confirmed, a configured email service may be used to deliver the request to the team. The implementation supports Resend for this email delivery and Telegram for internal notifications.
These services may receive contact details and request context when enabled. Processing locations and service-provider arrangements depend on the deployed configuration. Contact us for information relevant to your enquiry.
Technical information and browser storage
The enquiry endpoint uses request information, including the IP address made available to it, to limit repeated submissions and protect the form from abuse. The site also records delivery errors for operational troubleshooting.
The current website does not load an optional analytics-cookie provider or set optional analytics cookies. Links to other websites, email applications or communication services are subject to those services’ own practices.
Data questions and requests
You can contact [email protected] to ask what information is held about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern about how your enquiry is handled. You may also ask about retention, applicable processing grounds, recipients and international transfers.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, data-protection rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can raise a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority. The European Commission explains these rights and how to exercise them.
Changes to the website
This notice should be read for the website features described above. If data collection or connected services change, the notice will need to reflect those changes.
